Policies
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
- $100 non-refundable deposit
- Fill out and return the Vital Information Form
- Fill out and return the Student Questionnaire
- Fill out and return the Parent/Student Contract
PAYMENT
- Begin with $100 non-refundable deposit
- Half due at first lesson; balance due after four sessions
- Executive Function students pay monthly
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
- The online calendar is designed for rescheduling on an individual basis. It is in the interest of the student to switch with another student to avoid missing sessions. Students are committed to their assigned time.
- Rescheduled sessions outside of the posted calendar will be charged at an additional $100 per session.
